We would LOVE to rent a great, 3 bedroom home in Canon City by the end of May or 1st half of June.

Our names are Annie and Mel Hirsch.
We are looking for a 3 bedroom, 1 story home.
We need a fenced yard and some grass as we have lovely, wonderful, well-behaved, companion, dogs.
So, the rental must be pet friendly.
We are looking to move in by May 31st (to June 15th at the latest we hope).

Annie was a Veterinarian for over 35 years and Mel had her own business as a Massage Therapist in
Canon City (Massageworks and Massage and Beyond Therapy Center) for close to 20 years. We both
transitioned out of our long-time careers and into owning our own Online Marketing Agency, helping
small businesses grow their business with online marketing help. We work from home and are there
most of the time.
Annie has recently started working for a local, Canon City Veterinary practice as their back-office coordinator. She loves it there and we are hoping to get rid of her commute as soon as possible, as we currently live in Colorado Springs.
We spent 20+ years in Canon and left a few years ago and are now more than ready and excited to move back.
We have a great reference letter from our current landlord. She decided to sell her house, or we would
not be moving back to Canon until at least next summer. (See reference letter below)
While renting out your home is quite the experience, please know we are great tenants and long to live
in a home where it feels like home to us and we take care of it like it is our own home!

I want to recommend my tenants Mel and Annie Hirsch for your consideration as tenants. I have known
them for more than 3 years and they have lived in my house on the West Side of Colorado Springs for two years.
These gals are stellar human beings with a sense of responsibility, ethics, and honesty you will not find in
many people today. They often pay their rent in advance, even multiple months at a time, and are never
late. They put their rental commitment as their top priority over everything else…how refreshing is that to a homeowner?
I live in Mexico and have been renting my house out for 5.5 years. They are such incredible tenants for
me that it has made it super difficult to come to the decision to sell my home now. They not only pay their
rent on time, but they are very handy and often do repairs and minor things on their own, at their own cost.
They take care of my home as if it were their own. In lieu of a deposit, they skidded my backyard and
landscaped it with flower boxes, trees, etc. at almost 3 times the amount of the deposit! They easily pay
the $1,800 mo. rent, keep it clean, keep records and receipts, and are great communicators. They never
complain! Mel would live in my house for eternity if I were not selling it, so you would be getting long-term
tenants with an assurance of good care. That is a nice package!
They have also been responsible pet owners to the MAX. I trust them completely.
